Ndlaze Traders Construction was established in 2007 as a general construction company. The organisation specialised in infrastructure development, with a primary focus on servicing both the Mining, private and public sectors on an end-to-end scale. The company has since evolved its focus to include the provision of commercial and residential construction, therefore improving the quality of living for those within the communities in which Ndlaze Traders operates. Ndlaze Traders Construction aims to be the one-stop-shop for all quality construction. The organisation believes that quality service only aids in the development of construction to change lives for the better.
HUMAN CAPITAL
Ndlaze Traders employs in excess of 10 permanent staff. In support of local socio-economic upliftment, additional human resources at an annual average in excess of 30 part-time staff are appointed and sourced from the local communities within which projects are located.
